Notice on Holding the 10th IPEC Pharmaceutical Excipients Conference

Each member unit:

In order to promote in-depth exchanges of domestic and foreign regulations, technical standards, and industry practices in the field of pharmaceutical excipients, and to build a high-level and professional communication platform, the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Association (China) (IPEC China) and the United Nations Food and Drug Exhibition will jointly hold the 10th IPEC Pharmaceutical Excipients Conference on November 11-12, 2026 (Wednesday to Thursday) at the Wuhan International Convention Center. This conference will focus on the core concept of "compliance is not a cost, but a passport to enter the global market; regulatory compliance is not the endpoint, but the starting point for building international competitiveness", focusing on improving the quality of pharmaceutical excipients, coordinating regulations, and promoting international development.

The conference plans to invite representatives from international organizations such as the European Medicines Quality Management Agency (EDQM) (online) and the IPEC Alliance, as well as experts, scholars, and industry colleagues from industry associations, research institutes, drug development companies, drug and pharmaceutical excipient manufacturers to attend. The attending guests will exchange ideas on key topics such as the improvement of global regulations and pharmacopoeia standards, GMP/GDP requirements and practices for pharmaceutical excipients, supply chain control of high-risk excipients, and research and development of new excipients and applications, to jointly explore the high-quality development path of the industry.

3、 IPEC China Membership Benefits

4、 Fee Standards

The full registration fee for the conference is 2000 yuan. IPEC China members, current exhibitors of the 95th API China, and attendees who register on or before November 2nd (Monday) can enjoy a discounted price of 1600 yuan.

The conference registration fee includes two days of attendance, conference materials, and lunch during the conference; Transportation, accommodation, and other related expenses shall be borne by the attendees themselves.
