Notice on Holding the IPEC China Excipients Conference 2025 and Related Matters

In January 2025, the National Medical Products Administration will release the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs (Revised in 2010)" appendices for pharmaceutical excipients and pharmaceutical packaging materials; In March of this year, the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was released and will be implemented from October 1, 2025. The promulgation and implementation of these important regulations and standards will promote the comprehensive improvement of the quality management level of pharmaceutical excipients in the industry.

In this context, in order to enhance communication and exchange on the latest developments in domestic and international regulatory frameworks, the International Association of Pharmaceutical Excipients (China)(referred to as IPEC China)China National Pharmaceutical Exhibitionscheduled forThe 9th IPEC Pharmaceutical Excipients Conference will be held on November 12-13, 2025 at the Chongqing International Convention and Exhibition Center.

This conference has invited relevant regulatory agencies, such as the World Health OrganizationWHO (online), European Medicines Quality Management Agency (EDQM) (online), United States Pharmacopeia (USP) (domestic representative), as well as experts and representatives from industry associations, research institutes, drug development companies, and pharmaceutical and excipient production companies, conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on global regulations and pharmacopoeia standards for pharmaceutical excipients.
